How it works

ANSWER.
THEN SHOW UP.

The quiz scores your answers against the programmes the gym actually runs — not a generic fitness category. It is a starting point, not a contract. You can change your mind after one class.

01

Adult or kid

The kids programmes are separate classes, so the first question sets the whole path.

02

Goal, experience, preference

Striking, grappling, fitness or recovery. Your answers weight the programmes and return the closest match.

03

Call to confirm

The result links to the programme page. Call or email the gym to confirm the current class time and book the free class.

Your last result is saved in this browser so you can come back to it. No account, no email, nothing sent to a server.

Class questions

BEFORE YOU PICK.

Do I need to be fit first?

No. Start with a beginner-friendly class and tell the coach it is your first time. Fitness is built in the class.

Can I try more than one programme?

Yes. Many students train striking and grappling. Ask the gym what is included in a membership.

What if the quiz result feels wrong?

Read the programme pages or call the gym. The quiz is a starting point, not a rule.

Do you have classes for kids?

Yes: Kids Muay Thai & Kickboxing, Kids Jiu Jitsu and Kids Boxing. Call with your child's age and we will confirm the right class.
