Kids Jiu Jitsu
Grappling fundamentals, problem-solving and calm under pressure for young students.

The discipline
LEARN TO THINK ON THE MAT.
Kids Jiu Jitsu teaches children how to control and escape positions without punching or kicking. It is a puzzle disguised as a workout, and that is exactly why young students take to it.
The class covers breakfalls, positions, escapes and age-appropriate submissions, taught with a partner and a coach watching. Confidence comes from solving problems under pressure instead of avoiding them.
Who it is for
- Kids who want to learn grappling.
- Children who prefer wrestling to striking.
- Young students who need to build focus and patience.
